  • How can I find the right size since I don't quite fit the standard?

    We have found that standard size charts with generic product images are not always the best way to determine the right size.

    That's why we use size charts as a starting point, but we also have a lot of informative pictures and body data from our customers that have been provided to us.

    You can find this PDF file on the product page as a link under each product image, to the right of the images and in the description under "Attachments."

    With this information, you'll have a good estimate. Simply contact us with some body measurements, and we can work together to figure out the best size for you

  • Can I exchange or return the item if it doesn't fit or if I don't like it?

    Of course, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to return the item to us. For more information, please take a look at our cancellation policy.

  • I found your shop on eBay as well, why are the prices higher on eBay than here?

    That's correct, we are also present on eBay. However, eBay also takes a cut, so we offer the items here in the shop at a lower price.

  • I need a specific German size, for example, size 58. What can I do to find this size with you?

    Each manufacturer defines sizes differently, so it makes absolute sense to take a look at the size chart with examples for our wetsuits.

    We would be more than happy for you to send us your body measurements, based on which we can determine your optimal size.

  • Can you swim with the wetsuit?

    If you occasionally want to swim with one of our wetsuits, that's no problem.

    If you are a professional athlete (for example, a triathlete), then you should consider getting a specific triathlon suit.

    These suits are quite thin and very sensitive, but they offer minimal resistance in the water.

  • Can you purchase the products specifically in larger sizes from other "stores" as well?

    No, you're welcome to search half the internet, but you won't find these products in larger sizes anywhere else, except maybe for used items.

    I've also seen my items in fake shops, so please do not buy from there!

  • What are your opening hours?

    Since we work and live in the industrial area, we don't have set opening hours.

    You are welcome to come by even during 'unusual' business hours.

    Please just make an appointment beforehand and let us know what you would like to try on, so we can have everything prepared.

  • Can you try on wetsuits, for example, on site?

    Of course, but please don't expect a huge store with an indoor pool and dolphins... We don't have dolphins, the orcas are coming next week :-)

  • Can I pick up my PayPal-paid items from you?

    Unfortunately, no, because items paid for with PayPal MUST be shipped. In this case, we can cancel the PayPal transaction, and you can pay on-site (with debit card, CC or cash)

  • How can I pay in person?

    You can pay with a debit card, credit card, or of course, cash.

  • How quickly is the item shipped and how long does shipping take?

    We ship daily with DHL, which means from Monday to Friday, the DHL courier picks up our packages around 9:00 am.

    Often the package arrives at your location the next day... sometimes it takes up to 3 working days (Sunday and holidays are not working days).

    If time is really pressing, please let us know IN ADVANCE, so we can drop the package off directly at DHL and don't have to wait until the next day.

  • Why don't you offer free shipping and free returns?

    Well, there is no free shipping, and our returns also have to be paid for.

    Sure, we could offer free shipping and increase the price of each product by 6 euros. When you have two products in the shopping cart, you would then be paying double the shipping costs.

    And the returns are also factored into the item price, which is unfair to customers who do not return items.

  • How long is the warranty on your products?

    Actually, "none" because a warranty is a voluntary service!

    You are probably referring to statutory warranty, which is 24 months.

  • Are the prices negotiable?

    Certainly, we have some flexibility with larger quantities or recurring orders such as swim schools, etc. Please feel free to contact us in these cases.

  • Do you also rent out wetsuits?

    No, sorry!

  • Is it possible to order an 'out of stock' item for me?

    Unfortunately, no, we order in large quantities, so it's not possible for us to reorder individual items.

  • Can you tailor or alter the item to fit?

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer that service. Please consult a local tailor for alterations, as they can take measurements directly from your body.
